SURREY Police have arrested a man in his 20s following a fatal collision in Reigate in the early hours of this morning.Officers were called to Bell Street at around 2am following reports a man in his 20s had been hit by a vehicle near to Joules Bar.South East Coast Ambulance Service also attended but at around 2.45am the man was declared dead at the scene.
