Reigate hit and run victim named as Dorking Rugby's Ben Regan

THE victim of a fatal hit and run in Reigate early this morning has been named as Dorking Rugby U21 player Ben Regan.The club's official Twitter account announced the death this morning at 9.30am on the social media site.The tweet from @DorkingRugby read: "RIP Ben Regan.
