A group of eight people were spotted "laying spaced out" in the trashed Meadowbank Park after an illegal rave was shut down in a Dorking office block on Saturday night.Surrey Police were alerted to the illegal rave taking place at a property on Station Road, believed to be one of the office buildings at Dorking Business Park, at around midnight on Saturday (August 12).
