A REIGATE man is among 13 people charged following a protest at Heathrow Airport.Flights were disrupted yesterday morning (Monday) after a group allegedly cut through security fences at 3.30am and chained themselves together on the northern runway.The runway opened 20 minutes late but flights were able to leave from the southern runway.Robert Anthony Basto, 67, of Blackborough Road, Reigate, has been charged with aggravated trespass and entering a security restricted area of an aerodrome.Others...
