Surrey Police has urged people to be 'vigilant' after the terror attack at Manchester Arena killed 22 people, including children, and injured 59 others, with the UK terror threat level raised to critical.
Officers from the force also paid tribute to the victims and commended the bravery of those affected by the worst attack in Britain since the 7/7 London bombings in 2005, when 56 people died.
