Police in Tandridge are "desperately" searching for a driver who witnessed a 16-year-old boy suffer a fractured skull in Oxted.
The teenager sustained the serious head injury and a loss of hearing when he was hit by a car as he walked across a zebra crossing last month.
On Wednesday, September 28 the boy was knocked on Station Road East at around 10.30am.
