A REIGATE campaigner against airport expansion has been spared jail, after grounding flights at Heathrow.Rob Basto, a member of the "Heathrow 13" and campaign group Plane Stupid, was sentenced at Willesden Magistrates' Court last Wednesday along with 12 other defendants, after a trial earlier this year.A protest took place in July last year when the 13 defendants blocked a runway at the London airport.
