FLY-TIPPERS have been warned – after a woman was ordered to pay £820 after committing the offence.On January 13, Tammy Lewis, of West Street, Dormansland, was found guilty by Redhill magistrates of fly-tipping.She was fined £100, and ordered to pay Tandridge District Council £200 in compensation and costs of £500.
