A WITNESS appeal has been launched after a "violent" altercation outside a Horley pub.Officers are appealing for witnesses following the row, outside The Bull Inn pub in Horley Row, during the early hours of yesterday morning.The incident took place between 1-2am and left a man in his 20s with minor injuries to his face and head. He suffered a medical seizure as a result of the violent altercation.Another man in his 50s reported serious injuries to his legs and minor facial injuries....
