TWO men have been arrested on suspicion of drugs-related offences following an incident ouside McDonald's in Redhill yesterday (Tuesday).Detectives from East Surrey CID are investigating the circumstances surrounding the incident in which a man in his 20s collapsed and required resuscitation.He was taken to hospital for treatment where he remains in a serious condition.Emergency services were called to Station Road at around 4.20pm.
