BAUBLES have been stolen from the tree in the centre of a village three miles from Oxted.The theft took place at around 2pm yesterday evening and a villager witnessed what was believed to be a woman stealing all the baubles at head height. The suspect sped off and the witness took a photograph of the get-away car. Kent Police are investigating the incident.The baubles that covered the 27ft tree were donated by people from the village as well as lights.Lights are to be turned on in Crockham Hill...
